THE
APARTMENT - "LA VISTA"
Located in the historical center of Florence five minutes walk from Pontevecchio, this charming apartment ( on the fourth and last floor of an ancient XVII century building, no elevator) has all facilities and comforts to ensure our guests a pleasant and relaxing stay.
The entrance leads to the sunny living room and the small dining room and kitchen.Two bedrooms, the first with a double bed, the second slightly smaller has a french size bed, a full bathroom with shower and tub and a cupboard room.

Climbing up stairs there is an attractive attic where there is a comfortable sofabed
for 2 people with attched bathroom.
But what makes LA VISTA unique is the marvellous panorama you have from its terrace: the nearby Palazzo della Signoria, with its high bell-tower, the Duomo, Santa Croce church and in fact the whole of the historical center of Florence. |

CONDITIONS

Minimum stay is 3 nights

Weekly cleaning is included in the rate

You will find the apartment clean and tidy, with the beds already done, and you must make sure that it will be in the same conditions when you leave: the refrigerator empty, kitchenware washed and garbage taken out of the apartment. On the contrary you will be requested to pay an extra charge of 30 Euro.

It is forbidden to admit in the apartment a number of persons exceeding that listed in the booking form.

A security deposit of 250 Euro will be requested upon arrival, toghether
with entire rent, and it will be kept as a guarantee during the period of your stay. It will be given back to you at the end of your stay after having carried a control of the status of the apartment.

Reservations are considered valid on the day of the effective receipt of the deposit, that is 30% of the cost of the whole stay. The cancellation of a reservation within 15 days the date of the foreseen arrival involves the loss of the deposit

| HOW
TO ARRIVE (CLICK HERE FOR THE MAP)
- From SANTA MARIA NOVELLA Main Railway Station:
Take Via dei Panzani and then Via dei Cerretani to Piazza del Duomo and then Via Calzaioli as far as Piazza della Signoria.When there head to Ponte Vecchio and cross the bridge. Just in front of the bridge take Costa San Giorgio as far as you reach Costa dei Magnoli. Turn left and in20 meters you will be in front of N° 5
- From PERETOLA Florence Airport
Take the shuttle bus that links PERETOLA with the Air Terminal that is in SANTA MARIA NOVELLA Station and then follow previous instructions
- From AUTOSTRADA del SOLE Main Highway
Exit from the highway at Firenze Sud and then head for Firenze Centro keeping the Arno river on your left. When you reach La Biblioteca Nazionale ( National Library ) leave the car in the open air parking area and head for Ponte alla Carraia that you have to cross then take Via San Nicolò on your right. Then take Costa Scarpuccia an when you reach Costa dei Magnoli turn right and in 20 meters you will be in front of N° 5.
