THE APARTMENT 

This lovely apartment is located in one of the most cental street of Florence, just 50 meters away from Palazzo della Signoria and Galleria degli Uffizi, at the 2nd floor of a palace with windows overlooking Via dei Neri.

Finely restored in florentine style, this apartment is composed by one entrance, a large living room with table and double sofabed, one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a second double bedroom where a 3rd bed can be added, if requested .

The kitchen corner is made in wood and is fitted with a dining table.

The main bedroom with en-suite bathroom features a double bed with 2 bedside tables, a mirror forniture, a coat hook with stands and a antique chair.

The second bedroom features an antique restored sofa and a florentine style cupboard and can be prepared either with 2 single bed or with a double bed. A 3rd bed can be added, if requested.

The bathroom is newly renovated and you will find the washing machine.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, heating, plasma television, frigo with freezer, dishwasher.

The apartment has just been completely renovated. Second floor, no lift. In via dei Neri you will find trattorie, tipical florentine restaurants, pubs and wine shops. The location is Santa Croce Church/Duomo/Signoria Square/ Pontevecchio Bus Stop is 30 meters away and Santa Maria Novella Train Station is less than 20 minutes of easy walk A Dependance that features a pleasant loggiato and for 2/3 extra persons could be rented toghether with the apartment. So up to a maximum of 10 persons can be lodged.

CONDITIONS

• Minimum stay is 3 nights

• Weekly cleaning is included in the rate
  

• You will find the apartment clean and tidy, with the beds already done, and you must make sure that it will be in the same conditions when you leave: the refrigerator empty, kitchenware washed and garbage taken out of the apartment. On the contrary you will be requested to pay an extra charge of 30 Euro.
  

• It is forbidden to admit in the apartment a number of persons exceeding that listed in the booking form.
  

• A security deposit of 250 Euro will be requested upon arrival, toghether
  with entire rent, and it will be kept as a guarantee during the period of your stay. It will be given back to you at the end of your stay after having carried a control of the status of the apartment.
  

• Reservations are considered valid on the day of the effective receipt of the deposit, that is 30% of the cost of the whole stay. The cancellation of a reservation within 15 days the date of the foreseen arrival involves the loss of the deposit
  

• These conditions are considered fully accepted when the reservation has been made

• From SANTA MARIA NOVELLA Main Railway Station
  Take Via Dei Panzani and then via Dei Cerretani heading towards Piazza del Duomo and when there take Via dei Calzaiuoli to Piazza della Signoria. From there keeping Loggia dei Lanzi and Galleria degli Uffizi on your right proceed for Via dei Neri N°18

  Take the shuttle bus that links PERETOLA with the Air Terminal that is in SANTA MARIA NOVELLA Station and then follow previous instructions 
  
• From AUTOSTRADA del SOLE Main Highway
  Get out in “Firenze Sud” and then head for “ Firenze Centro” keeping Arno river on your left. When you arrive in front of “ The National Library” you are at 400 meters from “ IL LOGGIATO” and you are supposed to leave your car in the open nearby parking.
